These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by DivzerProd ("we", "us") and of the divzerprod.app website (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable store rules (Apple Media Services Terms, Google Play Terms of Service).

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Services;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our apps, except where permitted by law;
• use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some apps offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple or Google; prices are shown in the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

3. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, code, text, graphics and logos, are owned by DivzerProd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the DivzerProd name or trademarks.

4. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Some of our apps provide informational or wellness content; they are not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DivzerProd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union.

7. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update, modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts under applicable law.
