Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how DivzerProd ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our website (divzerprod.app) and our mobile applications published on the App Store and Google Play (collectively, the "Services").
Our guiding principle is simple: we collect as little data as possible, and we never sell your data.
1. Information We Collect
Website. Our website does not require an account and does not collect personal information. Standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and delivery purposes.
Mobile applications. Depending on the app, we may collect:
- Usage data — anonymous or pseudonymous analytics about how the app is used (screens viewed, features used, crashes), to improve the product.
- Purchase information — if an app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment details.
- Data you provide — content you create in the app (for example, preferences or settings), which is stored on your device and/or synced through your Apple or Google account where applicable.
Specific apps may have additional disclosures in their store listing (App Privacy section on the App Store, Data Safety on Google Play). Where an app's listing differs from this policy, the listing details prevail for that app.
2. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not use your data for third-party advertising profiles.
- We do not collect data that an app does not need to function or improve.
3. Third-Party Services
Our apps may rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate, such as Apple (App Store, iCloud/CloudKit, StoreKit), Google (Google Play, Firebase) and analytics or crash-reporting tools. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We select providers that offer strong privacy commitments and configure them to minimize data collection.
4. Data Retention
Data stored on your device remains under your control and is removed when you delete the app. Analytics data is retained only as long as needed to understand product usage, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR if you are in the European Union), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We respond within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we design our apps to keep sensitive data on your device whenever possible.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Services where appropriate.
9. Contact
For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at contact@divzerprod.app.
